Every day, between 70 and 80 vehicles are at work in the Kaunis Irons area in Kaunisvaara outside Pajala in Norrbotten. There are different types of vehicles of different sizes in the same area as a number of people, where the area is both limited and it is sometimes difficult to see everything that is happening. To further increase safety, the company is now looking for a technical solution that can both position, manage risks and inform staff of potential danger. It would also be desirable if the system could automatically limit the speed of vehicles in certain defined areas.
