GMG Workshop: Autonomous Mining

26 March 2019

The Autonomous Mining Working Group aims to create a common vision of automation in the mining industry. This group brings together stakeholders from around the world to share knowledge and best practices, work with regulators and ease workforce requirements of the future. The group has two active projects: a high-level implementation guideline that is now in its final stages and a functional safety guideline in the content generation stage.

Workshop participants will explore and define what other topics are important to this community of interest. They will also identify how the industry can work together to advance autonomous mining.

This workshop takes place in Luleå, Sweden, just before our GMG Luleå Forum.

Agenda and documentation will be sent to all who register.

The workshop is free of charge.

Venue: Mobilaris, Kyrkogatan 2
